2. Agreement relations
These conditions will apply to any product sold to you (“Agreement”). Please read these conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering anything via our online services.
Our online services will guide you through the stages necessary to place an order with us. Our order process will allow you to check and correct any mistake before sending in the order. Please take your time to check your order on every page before sending it.
Once you have sent the order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming it has been received. Note that this message does not mean your order has been approved. Your order serves as an offer to purchase the items listed within at the price published in our services. All orders are subject to our acceptance and we will update you regarding that, as mentioned, via e-mail, confirming that the products have left us and are on their way to you. The agreement between us will be formed only after we send you the departure e-mail.
As a client, you have the right to cancel the agreement, at any time, within two days of sending the order.

If we are unable to provide you with your order, for instance if an item you’ve ordered is not in stock or is no longer available for purchase, or if we cannot match the requested delivery date or there is any mistake in the price presented on the website, we will inform you about it via e-mail and will not complete your order. If you have already paid for the order, we will reimburse you for the entire sum, including the delivery fees, as soon as possible.
4. Delivery and return policy
If we are unable to provide you with your order, for instance if an item you have ordered is not in stock, is no longer available or there is a mistake in the price or delivery date on the website, we will inform you via e-mail and your order will not be processed.
If you have already paid for the order, we will reimburse you for the entire sum, including delivery fees, as soon as possible.
Delivery will be carried out from the moment the order is approved by the credit card company, on workdays only (not including weekends).
Delivery is made in 5-7 business days (not including weekends).
For remote addresses, arrival time is 7-10 business days.
In severe weather conditions or force majeure there may be delays or changes.
The company (Mor Maman Cosmetics) is not responsible for any delays in delivery and will not compensate or reimburse the client.
5. Rights and ownership
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, all website designs, including text, graphics, logos, icons, photos, art, audio and video – are owned by us (or subject to the license we hold) and are protected under copyright laws.
6. Product display
We do our best to present the products we sell in their truest form. Our team works hard to display every item in its true form, yet pictures and videos of the products on our online services are for display only.
Despite efforts to precisely display colors, sizes and textures, we are unable to assure that the product will be exactly true to each item in a computerized display. In addition, due to different screen sizes, the size displayed on the website might not reflect the real size of the product. However, we do our best to provide detailed information about the sizes and descriptions of every product in order to ensure you are well-informed before making a purchase.
The prices of our products are listed on our online services. We do our best to make sure the prices are correctly displayed while inputting them into the system. It is possible that despite our efforts, the prices of certain products will be displayed incorrectly.
Should we find a mistake in the pricing of the products you have ordered, we will contact you via e-mail and notify you of the mistake. You will then be given the ability to continue the order with the right price or cancel the order. We will not process your order unless you specifically approve that we do so. If we are unable to contact you via the contact information you have provided us when making the order, we will cancel the order and notify you about it in writing.
Notice that if the wrong price was clear and could not be mistakenly displayed, we are not obligated to provide the product at the wrong (low) price presented.
The prices on the website do not include VAT that might be added during purchase, depending on the destination country (in Israel, prices include the relevant taxes). Notice that we will not reimburse you for taxes that may occur during the return.

While the order is placed via our online services, payment will be made through Tranzila, not us. We take no responsibility for the availability of these services or any financial damage that might be caused by the payment services of these service providers. In any conflict between these conditions and the Tranzila terms of service conditions, these conditions will prevail.
If the payment is made via credit card, your credit card will be charged via Tranzila and will be described (or any other description that might be given by Tranzila). If you are paying through PayPal, your account’s charge will have the description (or any other description provided by PayPal).
By using our online services, you hereby agree that the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to any use of them and all disputes arising between the parties will be resolved by mediation or, if need be, the decision of a Tel Aviv-Jaffa court.

We reserve the right to change, add, subtract or match any of the aforementioned conditions at our own discretion. Please check the page for occasional changes. You hereby agree that each time you visit one of our online services, the visit and use will be subject to the most updated version of these terms.
